VANCOUVER — The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have taken a 10-zip lead after one quarter in tonight’s critical match-up with the B.C. Lions.

Quarterback Steven Jyles hooked up with Terrence Edwards for a 57-yard TD and Justin Palardy hit from 17 yards out to give the Bombers the early advantage. The Bomber TD was set up by a turnover as Geroy Simon was rocked by Deon Beasley with the ensuing fumble scooped up by Marcellus Bowman.
